3. Registration and Account

4. Orders and Payment
All prices include VAT (if applicable) and are displayed in the local currency.

5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery time: 2-7 business days depending on the region.
Free Shipping: For orders over SAR/AED/EGP 300 (depending on the country).
You are responsible for providing an accurate address. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
For international deliveries, customs duties may apply (at the customer’s expense).
6. Return and Exchange Policy
Return period: 30 days from the date of receipt.
Return conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, with packaging and invoice.
It must be unused and undamaged.
Opened perfumes or activated electronic products are not eligible for return (for health and safety reasons).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective products).
Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Warranty and Defective Products
All electronic products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (6 months to 2 years, depending on the brand).
In case of a manufacturing defect:
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will repair, replace, or refund the product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, text, logos, and designs on this store are the exclusive property of Carousel.
It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
9. Data Privacy
We collect your data (name, address, phone number, email address) for ordering and marketing purposes.
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with local and international data protection laws.

10. Legal Liability

Delivery delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, wars).
Liability is limited to the value of the order.

12. Applicable Law
